The Silhouette sofa collection, designed by GamFratesi for Hay, is characterised by the soft curves of the backrest, which perfectly combines a strong character with a simple, organic expression. The sofa, which has an angular profile and piping details, appears compact, while being sleek, spacious and offering generous seating. The family includes sofas in different sizes and heights, as well as a wide choice of upholstery fabrics. GAMFRATESI
The GamFratesi studio was founded in 2006 by Danish architect Stine Gam and Italian architect Enrico Fratesi. GamFratesi is part of the latest generation of furniture designers, and together they represent a new interpretation of Danish and international design. GamFratesi's designs draw their creative impetus from the fusion of tradition and renewal, as well as from an experimental approach to materials and techniques. With their respective cultures, they draw their inspiration from Danish furniture and Scandinavian craft traditions, but also from Italy's timeless conceptual and intellectual approach. Thanks to this multi-cultural partnership, GamFratesi creates furniture pieces that reflect tradition while presenting unique stories, symbols and associations, often expressed in a minimalist style. The GamFratesi duo works with some of the biggest names in design, including Gubi, with the Bat collection and the now famous Beetle chair, Hay, with the Silhouette sofa, and also Minotti, Dedon and Fontana Arte.

Hay was founded in 2002 to promote Danish design. The company Hay reinterprets the classic forms of Nordic design with a modern approach, offering friendly, aesthetic, and functional creations. Hay draws inspiration from three main areas: art, architecture, and fashion, while paying close attention to the environment and contemporary culture. The Hay chairs, like the brand’s entire furniture collection, perfectly embody this spirit: a sleek and timeless design, combining comfort and functionality with modern and minimalist lines. The Palissade outdoor collection is a must-have from the brand HAY, designed by French brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec.
