Private flat
Paris
A collaboration with Katz Studio. In the heart of Neuilly-sur-Seine, a private apartment reveals itself as a true sanctuary, designed for a music-loving resident whose artistic sensibility permeates every space. Soft lighting, fine materials, and an enveloping atmosphere come together to create an interior that is both precise and sensitive. A selection of furniture, carefully curated with the Silvera teams, interacts with wood, stone, and raw steel to create a simple, essential, and masterful aesthetic. Office
Pathé Palace
Silvera supported the fit-out of the new working spaces at Pathé's head office, located within the Pathé Palace on Boulevard des Capucines, under the architectural direction of Renzo Piano — a 9,500 sq m tertiary project covering offices, collaborative spaces and meeting rooms. The brief involved supporting the transition to flex office working for 200 employees, offering a complete ecosystem of varied spaces (open-plan areas, meeting rooms, acoustic booths, coworking areas, cafeteria), with a selection guided by sustainability and the exclusion of leather and non-renewable materials. Flagship
Kretz Real Estate
At 100 rue du Bac, Kretz Real Estate unveils its first Parisian flagship, conceived as a warm home rather than a traditional estate agency. Across 230 sq m, the Label Experience agency and Silvera have designed a journey of settings inspired by travel and the heritage of the Kretz family, built around an Art Deco aesthetic (marble, fine woods, leather, brass, rattan). Hotel
H4 Wyndham Paris Pleyel
Opened in June 2024, the H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel Resort marks the transformation of the Tour Pleyel, an iconic Saint-Denis landmark, into a contemporary 4-star hotel complex, making it the largest hotel opening in France in fifty years. Led by Pleyel Investissement and Groupe Liberg, the project offers a new take on urban verticality with an ambitious programme: 697 rooms spread across 40 floors, a panoramic skybar, a pool perched 140 metres above ground, and a 10,000 sq m conference centre with capacity for up to 2,600 people.
