The
Laime 42 armchair, designed by
Charlotte Juillard for the brand
NOMA, embodies an elegant fusion of
contemporary design and
ecological commitment. Part of the
Laime collection, this armchair stands out with its structure made of
recycled steel tubing, topped with a generous
seat cushion that appears to slip between the metal tubes, creating a pinched effect that gives it a light and inviting look. Available in versions with or without
armrests, the
Laime 42 armchair offers a comfortable seating experience thanks to its
removable cushion, covered with carefully selected fabrics:
undyed French virgin wool,
recycled plastic fabrics, or
recycled wool from the
Pierre Frey house. The wool used comes from the
Arpin company in Haute-Savoie, one of the last French spinning mills to weave, manufacture finished products, and create custom articles from raw fleece, using machines that are listed as part of the
National Heritage. This armchair is made in
France and is composed of
42% recycled materials, contributing to a reduction of
3 kg of CO₂ emissions. Each piece is unique, with possible slight variations in color or shade due to the nature of the materials used.
