Inspired by the minimalist movement, the
Dan table combines the expertise of
Minotti with the creativity of Christophe Delcourt, taking the circle as its starting point. Like an artist, the designer has deconstructed the form to investigate its expressive possibilities. Rounded and concave legs connected by a crosspiece define the base and enhance the overall design of the table. The contrasting finishes of the legs create an interesting play of light, illuminating the area underneath the tabletop – a space usually in the shade. The surround of the
Dan table picks up the tones of the structure in a subtle variation of materials: wood replaces aluminium and sets the precious Calacatta marble top, black lacquered glass on the back, liquorice-coloured smoked ash, dove grey or matt ebony.
Dan is available with a round top in three diameters or rectangular with soft corners in three different sizes.
