The Soborg chair by Fredericia is a 1952 design by Borge Mogensen. The design provides a satisfying contrast between industrial and hand-crafted techniques, as well as between the properties of wood and steel. All this combined with a light and balanced aesthetic. A true functionalist, Mogensen believed that furniture should encourage freedom of personality.
