Description

The suspension Semi Pendant was designed in 1968 by a creative duo of architecture students: Claus Bonderup and Torsten Thorup. Reacting against the 'cosy era' that dominated Denmark at that time, the duo wanted to create a lamp made of clean, sharp, geometric lines. The result is a unique pendant lamp, with timeless appeal, made of enamelled metal. Semi Pendant, published by Gubi, was awarded first prize by the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts School of Architecture. Ideal placed over a dining room table, it is available in several sizes and finishes.
