Description
The famous J39 chair, with its hand-woven paper rope seat, was designed by Borge Mogensen in 1947. Published by Fredericia, it quickly became very popular thanks to its simplicity and versatility. Based on an evolutionary design approach, the chaise J39 is inspired by the popular furniture of the Mediterranean region. Its sturdy, durable yet sophisticated design makes it suitable for use in domestic environments as well as in public spaces such as universities, cafés and restaurants.
