Description
With the About A Chair collection, designer Hee Welling wanted to develop a chair with obvious simplicity. An understated, pure design for a chair that works just as well around a dining room table as it does around a conference table, in a canteen or in an office. The designer's aim is to combine form, function, detail and aesthetics. Danish company Hay has released this collection, which presents a wide range of colours and structures. In 2011, Hee Welling added to the collection with stools and armchairs that follow the same philosophy. About A Stool is offered here with a wooden base to fit perfectly into any environment. Just like the chair, it ensures optimal comfort and perfectly symbolises the purity, sobriety and timeless style of Scandinavian design.
