Description

Tubular is a suspension from Sebastian Hepting and Ingo Maurer's team. This multifunctional lamp features a borosilicate glass tube. The tube can be rotated through 360°, allowing the light to be directed downwards, upwards or towards a wall. The open, fire-polished ends underline the purist design and craftsmanship. The suspension Tubular from Ingo Maurer is suitable for a variety of uses and rooms, whether as table lighting at home, in restaurants, over a bar, in the kitchen, at the reception desk or in the office.

Ingo Maurer was an ambitious German designer who founded his own lighting company in 1963. One of his first creations developed in 1966, Bulb, was an instant succes which saw the lamp featured at the MoMA in New York. Creations by the designer and his team resemble bright works of art that bring a poetic touch to your interior. Each of Ingo Maurer's designs transforms light into art: the Lucellino table lamp with its winged light bulb ensures sweet dreams in bedrooms, while the Zettel pendant light sets the tone in hallways.
