Designed by Sebastian Herkner, the Kontur collection from Vibia is recognisable by its delicate black metal frame. Kontur presents itself as an elegant staging of a linear luminaire, whose structure incorporates LED sources and is combined with various diffusers and reflectors to create a lighting ambience. The frame houses either a blown opal glass diffuser or a rounded metal reflector, whose pure volumes create a fascinating balance in the graphic geometric architecture. With its cylindrical glass diffuser, Kontur emits a warm glow at 360 degrees. Combined with the curved metal sheet of the reflector, it recreates the illusion of rainy light. Kontur is available in a wide range of colour temperatures, to recreate as closely as possible a warm candlelit aesthetic or brighter daytime effects.  The Kontur luminaire is available in five formats of wall sconce, and pendant.
