Created by Ludovica and Roberto Palomba for Punt Mobles, Velasca was originally a linear, minimalist yet warm architectural project.
The Velasca Extensible sideboard is linear, geometric and rigorous storage. Wood is the key element in the design, not only in the type of wood used but also in the details of the doors, which feature a vertical pattern that emphasises their three-dimensionality.
Velasca Extensible is a versatile piece of furniture that decorates and solves the problems associated with lack of space, but which, thanks to wood and its variations, brings warmth and texture to the space. The emphasis on the grain of the wood, combined with the architecture of the shelf, gives the piece of furniture a kind of delicate balance that almost seems to create a sculpture suspended in time.
Once again, designers Ludovica and Roberto Palomba have created a minimalist masterpiece that is sure to excite Punt Mobles, which has always distinguished itself for the care and refinement of the details of its projects.
The Velasca collection is available in Velasca Extensible and Velasca Sideboard versions.

PUNT MOBLES
In 1980, Punt Mobles was founded by designers Vicent Martínez and Lola Castelló, driven by a deep passion for design. Five years later, Martínez created the Literatura Clásica bookshelf, a piece distinguished by its strong and unique identity. Featuring overlapping and movable panels, this design revolutionized the furniture market. This ingenuity, evident from the company's early days, blends a refined sense of aesthetics with ergonomic functionality—this is the hallmark of Punt Mobles' expertise. According to the company's founder, design and designers are creative tools for both material and intellectual wealth, through which objects reflect contemporary culture.
