Daphine is a
lampadary published by
Lumina and directed by Tommaso Cimini in 1973. Now a design and brand classic, it embodies both elegance and functionality and will suit all styles of office. Presented at the Campionaria Fiera in Milan, the
Daphine rises from the origins of the
Lumina brand very quickly becoming its icon by perfectly representing the brand's philosophy: "refined lighting". It has been exhibited in some of the world's most prestigious contemporary art and design museums, including the Brooklyn Museum (1984) and the Judd Foundation (1994) in New York, the Musée des arts décoratifs in Paris (1985) and Die Neue Sammlung in Munich (1986). SILVERA-eshop offers it in table lamp and floor lamp versions, but also in the Daphinette version, the little sister of the
Daphine made up of an articulated arm at the end of which the diffuser swivels through 360°. The transformer is included in the base.
